Founded in 2025 and based in Dallas, MCatalysis develops industrial microwave processes to make synthetic fuels and chemicals from agricultural residues, plastic waste, and waste gases. In September 2026, it raised USD 5 million in Seed funding co-led by Oxford Sciences Enterprises and HL Energy Ventures, and received USD 2.25 million in grant funding from UK Research and Innovation. The funds will support an industrial pilot facility in Lyon and research and development in London.
