Medithings develops wearable bladder monitors and AI tools for people with neurogenic bladder.
Founded in 2020 and based in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, Medithings develops wearable bladder monitors and AI platforms. Its near-infrared device measures urine in the bladder and shares information with patients, caregivers, and medical staff; AI is used to detect early signs of bladder-related disease. The company was co-founded by Professor Aram Kim and Sehwan Kim. In June 2024, it raised an undisclosed amount in Series A funding from Huons Global, InterVest, and DT&Investment. It planned to establish a US corporation and conduct clinical research with US universities.
