Its hosted and in-network services supported branded pay-TV offerings across devices including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Apple TV. In June 2019, the company raised USD 50 million led by Cedar Grove Investments, with Ally Financial and Oak Investment Partners participating. MobiTV filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March 2021.
