Developer of the GO-2 electric propulsion system for satellites, using solid metallic propellant and no moving parts.
Founded in 2018, Morpheus Space develops electric propulsion systems for spacecraft, mainly the GO-2, a modular unit of about 1U that suits spacecraft from 6U to 250 kg. The GO-2 has 40 individual propellant tanks with independent thrust control and uses solid metallic propellant, which the company says eliminates leakage and moving parts. Its Series A round of USD 15 million in February 2026 was led by Alpine Space Ventures, with participation from European Investment Fund, Lavrock Ventures, Morpheus Ventures, Pallas Ventures and Vsquared Ventures.
