NeoCem produces flash-calcined clay as a supplementary cementitious material that can partially replace traditional cement binders. Founded in 2021 by Christophe Deboffe and Benjamin Constant, the company is based in France. In July 2026, it raised EUR 17 million in Series A funding led by Crédit Mutuel Capital Privé, as part of a larger EUR 40 mn round. The funding will support capacity expansion toward 200,000 tonnes annually and partnerships in France and abroad.
