Nobi makes smart lamps that monitor older adults and help detect and prevent falls.
Founded in 2018 in Antwerp, Belgium, Nobi develops safety technology for older adults, including an AI-enabled lamp with optical sensors for fall detection, prevention and sleep reporting. The system can notify a contact or emergency call center after a fall. In January 2025, Nobi raised EUR 35 million in Series B funding co-led by Angelini Ventures and Nexus NeuroTech Ventures, with PMW, EQT Life Sciences, 15th Rock and management participating.
