Founded in 2005 and based in Bavaria, Germany, OneSpin Solutions GmbH develops and licenses software that verifies the integrity of integrated circuits, including SoCs, ASICs and FPGAs. Its clients include Altera, Bosch, Hitachi, Infineon, NEC, Nokia, Renesas, Western Digital and Xilinx. The company was founded by Dominik Strasser and Raik Brinkmann. In April 2021 Siemens AG agreed to acquire it from Azini Capital, with plans to add its technology to the Xcelerator portfolio.
