Founded in 2005 and based in Shenzhen, China, Plateno Group operates more than 20 hotel brands, including 7 Day, Xana Hotelle, MORA COFFEE, Maison Albar and Manjusaka Art Platform. It operated more than 100 hotels in 2007 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2009. In September 2015, Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels agreed to acquire an 81% majority stake from Keystone Lodging Holdings Limited. Its hotels cover more than 470 cities in China, and net profit was CNY 457 million in 2018 and CNY 591 million in 2019.
