Founded in 2017 and based in Ramat Gan, Israel, Pliops Ltd. was founded by CEO Uri Beitler, chairman Arie Mergi and CTO Moshe Twitto. Its Storage Processor speeds up data access with lower computing load and power use, without changes to application software. In February 2021 the company raised USD 65 million in venture funding led by Koch Disruptive Technologies, and it has offices in San Jose and Haifa.
