It was co-founded by Ing. Reza Mahour, Valerian Grote, and Linda Karger. In August 2025, the company raised EUR 4.1 million in Seed funding led by High-Tech Gruenderfonds, with participation from CFH Management, SBC, better ventures, Golzern Holding, CF Equity GmbH and FS Life Science Investment.
