Founded in 1996 in Atlanta, Progressive Logistics Services operated as a third-party logistics provider under the Capstone Logistics name. Its services include warehouse management, freight, and last-mile delivery for retail, healthcare, food, beverage, industrial, and automotive businesses. It merged with LMS Intellibound Group in September 2011 to form Capstone Logistics. The Jordan Company acquired Capstone in August 2014 from H.I.G. Capital and MSouth Equity Partners.
