Founded in 2014 and based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Prospera Technologies was founded by CEO Daniel Koppel, Raviv Itzhaky and Shimon Shpiz. In May 2021 Valmont Industries, Inc. acquired the company, and in June 2019 it raised an undisclosed Series B led by Tekfen Ventures.
