Re-Match A/S recycles synthetic turf on an industrial scale, using a patented process to recover materials from worn-out grass.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Herning, Denmark, Re-Match A/S was co-founded by Nikolaj Larsen and Dennis Andersen. Its process separates and recycles the components of artificial grass so they can re-enter production, offering an alternative to incineration and landfill. Clients include sports facilities, municipalities and organizations across Europe, including the UK, Norway and Switzerland. In March 2023 the company secured DKK 235 million from Nordic Alpha Partners and Verdane Capital Advisors.
