Clients come from industries including agribusiness, construction, finance, hospitality, real estate, retail, transportation, manufacturing and motorsports. Aquiline Capital Partners agreed to acquire the company in 2019, and in August 2025 Relation, a portfolio company of Aquiline, acquired Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons, with terms not disclosed.
