Founded in 2019, RenewaFi developed tools to help businesses and utilities source renewable energy and analyze power purchase agreements through automated auctions. Pexapark AG acquired the New York-based company in February 2025 from Alumni Ventures Group, BoxGroup, First Round Capital, Floating Point, Powerhouse Ventures and Reform Ventures. The transaction terms were not disclosed.
