The company was incubated at Tsinghua University's Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences and serves research, industrial and commercial applications. In July 2026, it raised CNY 1 billion in venture funding led by CCT Fund Management, with participation from Jiangxi Financial Investment Private Equity Funds Mangement, Guoyuan Equity Investment, Chongqing Yufu Holding, HangZhou Capital, China International Capital Corporation, Ubiquant Investment, Hony Capital, Jun Tai Capital, Shenghe Capital, Houxue Capital, Qingkong Tiancheng Asset Management and Qianshan Capital. It planned to scale products and technology for e-commerce logistics, manufacturing and pharmaceutical distribution.
