Founded in 2018 in Grenoble, France, SCINTIL Photonics develops silicon photonic integrated circuits, including its LEAF Light single-chip multi-wavelength laser source, for AI datacenters and cloud providers. The company was co-founded by Pascal Langlois and Sylvie Menezo, the latter serving as CEO. In September 2025 it raised EUR 50 million in Series B funding led by Yotta Capital Partners and NGP Capital, with participation from Nventures and BNP Paribas Developpement.
