SPACE F develops cultured meat using animal stem cells.
Founded in 2020 in South Korea, SPACE F researches cultured meat with researchers from Seoul National University's Animal Stem Cell and Food Science Department and Sejong University's Functional Food Science Department. It has developed technologies for isolating and culturing muscle stem cells and serum-free media, and introduced a cultured pork prototype in March 2021.
