Based in South Korea, spectrabrain was established in 2026 as a spin-off from LG Electronics' Vision AI business to commercialize EVA, an industrial Vision AI platform. Led by Cho Bong-soo, a former LG Electronics executive, its technology is already deployed in manufacturing, logistics, energy and security sites. EVA connects existing cameras with AI that detects workplace hazards and prevents forklift collisions.
