Based in Madrid, Spain and founded in 2019 by Kostelec, Marta Palmeiro, Sergio Pereira and Miguel Santo Amaro, StudentFinance, S.L. provides student financing through Income Share Agreements, in which students repay a percentage of their post-graduation income over time. It also provides technology and predictive models for education providers. In May 2021 it raised USD 5.3 million in seed funding co-led by Armilar Venture Partners and Giant Ventures.
