The company was co-founded by Roberto Diez Martinez and Ruben Diez, and Subhendu Basu is CEO. In July 2026 it raised EUR 18 million in Series A funding led by AMR Action Fund, with participation from Inveready Asset Management, Invivo Partners, Clave Capital and Sodena. The funding will support Phase 1 clinical studies for its lead Acinetobacter baumannii program.
