The company was based in Thalwil, Switzerland and went public in October 2007, raising CHF 135.6 million. Advent International agreed to acquire it for approximately CHF 1.05 billion, or CHF 135 per share in cash, in August 2025; the transaction was completed in November 2025 and the company was delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange.
