In February 2026, UCK Partners agreed to fully acquire the company from Stonebridge Capital and Evergreen Investment Partners for approximately KRW 200 billion. In 2025 the company generated revenue of about KRW 100 billion and EBITDA of about KRW 25 billion, and the deal will support launching wedding halls in Vietnam.
