Founded in 1996 and based in Little Rock, Arkansas, US, Vestcom, Inc. develops labels and in-store advertising for the retail industry, including shelf-edge communication, digital signage and shopper marketing programs. It acquired ELT Inc in December 2008. Charlesbank Capital Partners and the company's management acquired it in November 2016. In July 2021, Avery Dennison Corporation agreed to acquire Vestcom from Charlesbank for USD 1.45 billion in cash.
