Founded in 2022 in Oslo by Helene Bøhler (CEO), Hilde Njøten, and Jan-Tore Horn, Vind AI develops a cloud-based platform for wind project screening, design, and analysis. It supports turbine layout optimization, electrical system design, cost estimates, and business case comparisons. In June 2026, the company raised an undisclosed amount from DNV Ventures, with participation from Norrsken VC and Arkwright X, to develop the platform and grow internationally.
