Founded in 2020 in Florida by Tim Moore, Vu Studio builds virtual production studios using LED screens, robotics, camera tracking, and game engine technology to render backgrounds in real time. It raised USD 7 million in seed funding in March 2022 from Topmark Partners, ADX Labs, and other investors, as part of a larger USD 17 million seed round, to expand its studio network.
