Established in 2002 and based in Yangzhou, China, ZONGHENG operates as an automotive parts supplier dedicated to the design and manufacturing of automotive thermal management. It has R&D bases in Shanghai and Yangzhou, subsidiaries in Chongqing, Liuzhou, and Weihai, a central research institute in Nanjing, and design and R&D offices in Japan and Xi'an. ZONGHENG acquired certifications such as ISO/TS16949 quality system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate. The chairman and founder of the company, Baomin Li graduated from Tianjin University. In January 2024, ZONGHENG closed strategic investment from new investor Fosun Capital. The company mainly provides five series of products, which include aluminum radiator, intercooler, oil cooler, electronic fan, and air conditioning system. The ITMS 3.0 thermal management system has valve island and heat pump system technology. The company's products have nearly 3,000 varieties, with an annual production capacity of more than 4 million units. The supporting models of the products include cars, heavy trucks, buses, etc. The products are exported to Europe, America, Japan and other places. The target customers are car manufacturers and battery manufacturers. The company generates revenue from the sale of automotive aluminium radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, electronic fans, etc. In September 2025, ZONGHENG closed CNY 200 million in Series B from new investors GTJA Innovation Investment, Shenzhen Capital and China Capital Management.
